Nutrition Tips!
1. Vary your meals-When the café has your favorite foods daily, it can
be easy to return to those old favorites everyday. Changing your diet
day to day is an important part of good nutrition.
2. Eat Breakfast-Start your day off right with a good meal when you
get up.
3. Drink a lot of water- Drinking enough water can help boost your
concentration as well as keep you from over eating.
4. It is recommended that 40% of your diet come from carbs, 30%,
proteins and 30% fat.
5. Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible-ideally five to
six servings per day.
6. Don’t fight stress by eating. It can be tempting to reach for
unhealthy foods when you’re stressed about an impending exam.
Eating won’t help your stress go away. Try the fitness center instead!
7. Take vitamins. If you feel you are not getting the nutrition you
need from your diet, supplement it with some vitamins to stay healthy
and illness free.
8. Drink Green Tea: It has a high level of antioxidants and research
reveals that it may help the body fight everything from skin disorders
to cancer.
